TRU7 Group – New Office Facility
Having completed the original Office Development for the TRU7 Group in 2017 we are have now been appointed to carry out the D&B Installation of Air Conditioning & Ventilation Services to the TRU7 Group New Office Facility in Kesgrave.
We shall be working in partnership with Olympus Mechanical to deliver services to this great client.
Project start in May 2023 with a value of £290K

MADSON Air Conditioning have been appointed to undertake a Design & Build Mechanical Services solution to the refurbishment and conversion to a new Oral Hygiene & Nursing Skills training facility at the Gateway Building, Southend Campus for the University Of Essex.

We commence the full Mechanical Services refurbishment to the Level 2 Life-Sciences Laboratory, at the University of Essex this month on behalf of ROSE Builders. This has particular nostalgia for us, as we undertook the last refurbishment of these Laboratories in 2002. We are providing new services including:

December 2020
We are commencing a fast track fit out of new Heat-Recovery R2 Air Conditioning & Heat-Recovery Ventilation Systems, along with Public Health Extract Ventilation works to the newly created LAMPS Facility at Ipswich Hospital in Suffolk. Working alongside DPL Group and Brooks and Wood Contractors to deliver this project by the end of January, we have teams in place to commence 27th December 2020.
September 2020
September see’s completion and handover of the new “Causeway Teaching Centre” at the University of Essex, comprising of a new 3-Storey Block for the students, which includes Heat-Recovery R2 Air Conditioning & Heat-Recovery Ventilation Systems throughout, along with Public Health Extract Ventilation works. This has been a fantastic project to deliver for the University.

We have two new projects instructed to us on behalf of DPL Limited to provide Air Conditioning & Heat-Recovery Ventilation services, commencing in September.
Harlow Science Park: To comprise of services to 6No New Office/Warehouse Buildings currently being constructed by VINCI Ltd.
Mildenhall Hub Pre-School: The refurbishment & extension at the School, undertaken by R G Carter Limited.

We are pleased to have been appointed by T J Evers’s Limited to carry out the Mechanical Services at the new EHAAT Airfield Base facility in Earls Colne. We will be installing new Air Conditioning, Heat-Recovery Ventilation systems and Plumbing Services.

The return to work after lockdown has proven a busy period for our teams, restarting the current set of projects, after the period pof mothballing. we have also been busy preparing for our next set of works which we commence in August.
We have already completed the installation of 5 new Heat-Pump Air conditioning Twin Systems, to replace aging and inefficient electric heating system to the Main Hall & Pre School for one of our existing clients at Markstey Parish Council at the Village Hall.
ROSE Builders Limited have appointed us to undertake the full Design & Build Mechanical Services to fast a track fit-out project on behalf of Clarity Pharma, to create a new office Facility in Takely comprising of;

Madson Air Conditioning have been awarded the Mechanical Services Installation for the redevolment of Hadleigh Leisure Centre in Suffolk,
Works will comprise of Heat-Recovery Ventilation Services to a newly built swimming pool, together with enabling works and new Public Health Services.
The works are being undertaken on behalf of Babergh District Council

ROSE Builders have instructed us to provide the Design & Build solution for the provision of Air Conditioning & Heat-Recovery Ventilation services to a new Commercial Development in Lawford Essex.
Comprising of 12-Commercial Units, built to an exceptional standard that creates an eye-catching setting.
Dairy Barn Mews will be the centre piece of the summers park residential development, Constructed by ROSE Builders
September -19:
We are pleased to be working with contractors T J Evers Ltd, to provide the full Design & Build Mechanical Services for the refurbishment & extension to Rebow house in Colchester Town Centre.
The office building was purchased by one of our long-standing clients Tollgate Partnership Limited.
The building is of historic importance being Grade2* listed.
Our works will comprise of energy efficient Heat-Pump Air Conditioning and public health services to the building which is to undergo complete refurbishment
August - 19:
We have been appointed by Ashby & Croft Ltd to carry out the installation of Mitsubishi Heat-Recovery Air Conditioning & Ventilation systems to a new state of the art Modular Building at the University Of Essex Colchester.
The project will comprise of a 3-storey Teaching Centre to provide approx 18,000sqft of bespoke teaching facilities to the campus.
Installation will commence in sept-19, with completion due in the New Year.
This is another example of a project secured under our "Business Solution Partner" Status with Mitsubishi Electric

We are pleased to announce completion of the new office development at Langham Barns, near Colcheter. Comprising of beautifully constructed "Coach House" style buildings, we have completed installation of Heat-Pump Air Conditioning systems to the 9 buildings

Madson Air Conditioning have been awarded Phase 2 of the Sheepen Road “Amphora Place” development, to provide Mechanical Services to the new 3-storey office building being constructed on behalf of Colchester Borough Council. We are pleased to again be working with Rose Builders Ltd on this prestigious local project.
