Madson awarded major office development

Madson Air Conditioning have been awarded the contract to design, supply and install the complete mechanical services systems to a major office development in Colchester known locally as “The Square”.

The new office is the largest of its kind in Colchester for the last 15 years (Circa 30,000 sq.ft). We will be working with local contractors R G Carter (Colchester) Ltd to install new air conditioning, ventilation and water service systems.

The building will carry a BREEAM rating of very good. The project starts in August 2007 for completion in December 2007.
