Sky’s The Limit at Takeley

Madson Air Conditioning have recently completed the mechanical services refurbishment of Skyway House in Takeley on behalf of Colchester based ROSE Builders. The work was carried out is four phases, whilst the building remained partially occupied by existing tenants. New air conditioning, heat-recovery ventilation, together with new toilet and kitchen facilities have been installed throughout the offices to upgrade the building to modern day standards.
