BESCA Registration

Madson Air Conditioning qualified on 2nd February 2007 for the Building Engineering Services Competence Accreditation scheme known as “BESCA”. The scheme is authorised by departments for Communities and Local Government to allow suitably qualified and trained individuals to carryout self-assessment completion and certificate issue of Building Control documentation for the services they install.

The accreditation highlights the extensive knowledge and understanding of the current Building Regulations the company and its operatives have, to ensure that our clients receive the very best in attention to detail.
